How to connect Shopify to ChatGPT
Connect Shopify to Analify, then add the Analify MCP URL to ChatGPT as a connector. ChatGPT can then read your live Shopify orders, products, customers, inventory and discounts — together with your other connected platforms and your Business Brain — and prepare supported changes that run only after you approve. Before you start
- An Analify account (7-day free trial; MCP access is included on every plan).
- Your Shopify account connected in Analify under Settings → Integrations.
- ChatGPT with custom connectors available on your plan.
Steps
Step 1
Connect Shopify in Analify
In Analify, open Settings → Integrations and connect Shopify. Connect Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Bosta too if you want ChatGPT to see profit across them.
Step 2
Open ChatGPT connector settings
In ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create connector. Custom connectors need a Pro, Plus, Business, Enterprise or Education account.
Step 3
Add the Analify MCP URL
Set authentication to OAuth and paste the Analify MCP URL. This one connection covers every platform you have connected in Analify.

Approve access
ChatGPT opens Analify in your browser. Sign in and approve — access uses the accounts you already connected in Analify under Settings → Integrations.
Step 5
Ask ChatGPT about your business
Start a new chat and ask in plain words. ChatGPT fetches the live data through Analify instead of reading a stale file.

- “Compare this month’s orders and AOV with last month.”
Good to know
- ChatGPT sees only the platforms you connected in Analify, inside your permissions.
- Write actions are limited to what Analify supports, and each one needs your approval.

How long does access last?
Access lasts 7 days and refreshes automatically for 30 days after that; most clients handle the refresh silently. If it stops working, remove and re-add the connector.
